Interesting way of reasoning is: Russia is lying = Russia is guilty. Remember: Ukraine lied about not having Buk missiles. Conclusions then:

Ukraine is lying and claims the Tochka-U that killed many civilians in the centre of Donetsk March 14, was a missile fired by (pro)Russian forces. For the record: Ukrainian fact checkers in partnership with Facebook assure Ukraine is innocent.

Ukraine lied, claiming the massacre in Kramatorsk was caused by a Kalibr missile. A weapon only in the inventory of the Russian Armed Forces. It changed the story as it became clear this lie was not sustainable.

This map shows Kramatorsk, Luhansk and Donetsk with spots where Tochka-U missiles landed. All launches attributed to Ukrainian Armed Forces.

Note: the launch location is still unknown and missile number Ш91565, Ш91566 are attributed to Ukraine. Kramatorsk missile Ш91579 is not conclusive evidence, but only a twisted mind can attribute this missile number to Russia.

Open sources claim Serial numbers Ш91xxx stand for made in the year 91.
Question: is there any indication Russia used Tochka Ш91xxx series missiles in Ukraine at any time?

Correction. Claim was: Iskander missile, not Kalibr. Also a weapon only in the inventory of the Russian Armed Forces.
