First, Colony is doing many jobs at the same time:

- Building a project with different features (On-chain Index, Validator Program, Early-Stage Feature and LP program)

- Doing VC work (Managing deal-flow, projects DD process, investments, supporting these projects.

Second, we’re not forking existing protocols so Colony will not be built in 3 months. We audit everything to make sure it’s robust and secure.

10 people working full time developing the app; brilliant engineers building a first of its kind #Avalanche inclusive DAO.

Regarding @colonylab’s work as a VC:

We managed to build a healthy deal-flow, invested in 20 projects within 4 months.

All supported projects are grateful for the help and support they received and are still receiving from Colony’s team and community.

Could we do better?

Of course! There is always room for improvement, and the team is committed to improve things like processes, communication, and community engagement.

It’s not going to be an easy road but the team is excited to overcome every challenge ahead of us! 🚀

What’s next?

-Staking V2 contract audit is ready, migration will start early May
-Most Airdrops will be performed on the new staking contract to incentivize people to migrate.

Remember: Staking V2 contract = New ANT tokens = direct investment in seed/private sales.🐜🐜

When testnet?

Early-Stage testnet will be live for selected community members this week and at scale starting from the end of April.

Communication and testnet campaign are on the way!

More than 11 000 stakers never unstaked & they will be rewarded with a special bonus. More info will be shared before staking contract migration.

What about the price?

Since @colonylab’s launch the entire market is going down, #CLY is no exception.

Since March, private sale unlocks inflate the circulating supply, for a stable circulating market-cap, the price goes down (simple math).

@Colonylab is building a strong utility for CLY, community will soon earn #AVAX, projects airdrops, and more CLY.

Private sale investors selling, enable the community with long term perspective to grab CLY at discount.

Team Commitment?

Team #CLY allocation is vested for 3 years!
Therefore, the team interest is aligned with the community, trying to maximize the value of CLY in the coming years.

When better communication?

Since launch, it’s been almost 5 months that we do weekly AMAs with our community on telegram every Thursday. If you have questions, you can ask them in a form that is open for 24 hours before the AMA starts.
