$AAMC “intends to bring a lawsuit against former director, Nathaniel Redleaf, Luxor, & certain of its funds and managed accounts, for breach of fiduciary duty, aiding and abetting breach of fiduciary duty, and breach of contract.” (paraphrased) seekingalpha.com/pr/18760165-al…
Makes me wonder what all came out in discovery? @futureformerJD do you have any thoughts?
I'm looking forward to the $AAMC lending operations getting rolling and all that. Plus- CRYPTO ATMS w/ @ForumPay look to be really exciting. #Bitcoin#Ethereum#DogecoinToTheMoon
Looks like from some new court filings the summary judgement submissions have been moved back a little- but I don’t see how $AAMC loses this case. The preferred stock agreement is very clear that $AAMC acted correctly, and to further this- LUXOR’S ATTORNIES WROTE THE DOCS!
It just seems as if Luxor totally shit the bed on this deal.
As a result- $AAMC shares can be bought right now (if I'm correct on the legal merits) for less than half liquidation value. And there are 2 business lines that are actually pretty neat thrown in!
