Big Tech jobs are some of the most sought after ones. For engineers, product managers and even sales leaders.

Naturally these companies are super selective. 5-7 rounds of intense interviews are the norm. Even then there is no guarantee of a positive outcome
What exactly do they look for? There are broadly four areas

Domain expertise (coding, Product management, sales track record)

Cognitive capabilities: Ability to apply knowledge from a domain to a broader business situation. Tests candidate 's ability to generate ideas.
Leadership: Work with teams, influence, communication, presence. Candidates should offer concrete examples from the past. A lot of grilling is the norm

Do the right thing: Provide examples of putting a firm/ team before anything else. Out of the box thinking
