Targeting a specific #keyword on multiple pages of your website may harm your #SEO and Google Ranking.

When you target a specific term on multiple pages, search engines become confused about which page to rank for a specific keyword.

That means your pages will
That means your pages will compete with each other. This is called Keyword Cannibalization.

Remember! If you are making this mistake, you are actually competing with yourself.

Resolve it right away!

Viel Geld, viel Einfluss. 👑

My employment at Google was terminated abruptly yesterday on Nov 3rd, 2021. I’m on an employment based H1B work visa and have been discriminated and retaliated against raising concerns against management.
My manager Elizabeth Weber had an HR case against her for bullying, harassment, discrimination, etc. The case was closed without investigation. Her behavior persisted months later and HR did nothing. Instead they created a false narrative around me having performance issues.
Anyone that knows me personally or professionally knows how seriously I take my work duties, work incredibly hard, and work with honestly and integrity. I do voice and express my opinions easily too.

#Google says We can’t divulge specific signals because we don’t want to give people a way to game our search results and worsen the experience for users; our advice for web admins is to focus on creating #highquality sites that create a good user experience… and employ white hat SEO methods instead of engaging in aggressive webspam tactics. The post points out examples of the kind of Web Spam that it targets, including keyword stuffing on pages of a site, and link spam appearing in “unusual linking patterns” and spun content. Last month, I wrote about a Google patent that described how Google might be trying to identify spun content in the post, Google Scoring Gibberish Content to Demote Pages in Rankings?

Watching @NetAppINSIGHT keynote? Me too. Here are my quick thoughts. A 🧵

IMO, #NetApp was the traditional on-premises #Storage vendor that moved faster to the #Cloud. They created the #DataFabric vision a few years ago and are delivering value today.

With ONTAP services available on #AWS, #Azure and #GoogleCloud, I can compare what #NetApp is doing with #Storage to what #VMware is doing with virtual machines: providing existing customers an easier path to #Cloud migration.

Anyone perusing the top articles of major media outlets last weekend would have read several pieces on the extraordinary #shortages being witnessed in the U.S. #economy today, and particularly those in the #labor market.
The tone of many articles was pessimistic, suggesting that the #supply-side #shortages and dislocations may be systemic, or long-term, but we think there’s evidence that the U.S. #economy will display considerably greater dynamism and resilience than the pessimists believe.
First, it’s vital to recognize that this is a #supply constraint problem, not one of #demand. Indeed, strong demand is being driven by a host of powerful influences: 1) household balance sheets never been cleaner and HH #wealth is $25 trillion greater now than pre-Covid level.

#EuanBlair Doing bits! 🤑

#Multiverse goes from being valued at £14m in 2018 - £648m today

To be fair, it sounds like a good idea (and apparently, unlike many other 'Unicorns' is actually turning a profit)

US Hedge Fund driving that #valuation though #D1 💸

Shades of #WeWork?
-Kernel of a good idea & proof of concept
-Focal Point (Euan Blair - son of former PM)
-Attention of monied US Hedge Funds hunting returns 🚀 in a bubble
-Hedge Funds have influence in big Tech co's. Intro the two parties 📈
-Highfalutin aims

At Google, a seemingly innocuous action can earn an employee the attention of the company’s corporate security department
when #Google wants to find out who has been accessing or leaking sensitive corporate info, it often homes in on employees who are thinking about leaving it
In the past, its security teams have flagged employees who search an internal website listing the cost of COBRA health insurance which gives workers a way to continue their coverage after leaving their employer—for further investigation,

Employees who draft resignation letters or seek out internal checklists that help workers plan their departures from #Google have also faced same scrutiny

It has even looked at who has taken screenshots on work devices while running encrypted messaging services at the same time
