$FTM fam, I can't deny the current price action pain. I feel it, you feel it, we all do. How we band together now sets the tone for the future!

2/ In dark times it’s easy to lose sight of progress. The trollers & fudders emerge from their mums basement spreading fear to perpetuate the division of community…

It’s easy to lose confidence in these moments.

However, I'm reminded $FTM is still making great progress...

3/ @FantomFDN continually strives to make #Fantom network better. They've released the of the new fWallet with multiple upgrades:

- Modern UI
- Management of Fantom ecosystem tokens
- Simplified on-chain governance voting
- In-wallet swap & bridge
- Redesigned staking interface

4/ The user growth continues to rise, even despite the obvious downturn in the $FTM price...

- $FTM is still averaging 10,500 new wallets per day
- This is still 2,500 more p/d than $AVAX
- $FTM is a mere 90K wallets away from 3,000,000

Low prices may bring new participants...

5/ @stader_ftm is ushering in a new era of Liquid Staking to #Fantom, helping solve challenges of securing, decentralizing, & scaling Fantom Network.

The release of $sFTMx also brings new Defi opportunities devoid of Imp Loss across the majors DEXs on $FTM

DeFi remains robust!

6/ Metaverse projects are evolving & three on $FTM seem to have real longterm promise here:

7/ Massively successful projects have come from #Ethereum to #Fantom in recent weeks...

Plus, @1inch the popular DEX aggregator, helping us find the cheapest swaps on #Fantom...

8/ #Fantom added it's first protocol supported with a @chainlink price feed in @SpookySwap...

I've also heard from quiet reliable sources other Chainlink supported integrations are coming for additional protocols on $FTM shortly.

This will be hugely important moving forward!

9/ When adversity strikes, you have to make plan revisions. That goes for us as investors & our $FTM protocols alike.

However, I know one thing, on $FTM our builders: BUILD. I believe the $FTM 'V2' vision & narrative is still very much moving forward...

11/ I cannot control the price of $BTC or what happens next with a bull / bear market...I can't control the price of $FTM either...

But I see the development that gives me confidence to be here.

What I can control is myself, my response & my dedication to our community.

Will I be trolled for this type of thread? Yes.
Will I be ridiculed for being a $FTM believer? Yes.
Will people call me dumb for being a bag holder? Yes.

That's their right to do so. It is what it is.

The fundamentals of $FTM & building haven't changed at all...

13/ TBH, my career decisions have given me a sense of nervousness. I'm human! But, I also believe in the long term vision here.

Take care of yourself, your family, our community & the rest will take care of itself. We're in the tough time now
