lately i've had hesitation from posting much on twitter. aside from focus on building head down, i think the bigger reason is b/c of the fear of unconstructive comments.
ie. "oh ur project floor is dropping, get back to work!"
i know this isn't necessary personal to me, but rather overall nature of the industry.
so instead i focus on diving deep into our community to have a closer pulse of whats going on and their sentiment. really uncovering the root cause.
this is a channel where i share regular updates on the build out process, challenges, learnings and insights. after that was started 2 weeks ago, our community has never been stronger.
i measure this by the sentiment, support and feedback. never the floor.
this gave ppl a lot more confidence in our transparency and communication.
seeing our community members relate to it and also allowing them to join in on the journey is a very positive experience for the entire community.
the one moment that really changed everything for me was this msg from @bleezy_eth π
to have a critic see through the noise and actually spend the time to come in and share their appreciation is really validating.
one by one, we show people our vision. we attract those who wants to build tgt.
a community that is banded tgt can fud a project to death or can uplift a project to new heights.
it all comes back down to how you nurture and how you respond and how you lead.
final thoughts:
for all those builders out there, really focus on those who matter. let the noise be noise.
listen carefully. reiterate fast.
build intentionally.
much love π
