In their testimony (linked to in the confined space link in the RT) they specifically were arguing that @OSHA_DOL should get its guidance from the CDC.

Is this just a recent phenomenon? No. They are subject to the political whims of whatever administration is in power. This next part is from the Trump administration.

An email chain just released from the House regarding how the White House corrupted the CDC.

This is an email chain from Dr. Jay Butler, the CDC's deputy director for infectious diseases:

"This is not good public health-I am very troubled on this Sunday morning that there will be people who will get sick and perhaps die because of what we were forced to do."

In this excerpt, we can see how the White House forced masks to be removed.

Finally, it took a very long time for the CDC to recommend N95s for HCWs.

Even though they knew CoVid was airborne since early 2020.

Fundamentally, we cannot trust the CDC to protect workers.

Regarding the N95s. Here is the @CDCEnvironment recommending N95 respirators to protect from aerosols (smoke).

The reason - a concern of supply.

But that should not be the regulatory agency's concern. It is the corporations' concern.
