Kingdom Strategy for Financial Growth
1. Have a vision and financial plan. A vision is a picture you see of your financial future. (Luke 14:28)

If your expenses are more than your income, you are going to have financial stress. Don't stress yourself with unnecessary spending.

2. Save a part of what you earn. (2 Corin 9:10). Your income has two components-seed and bread. You don't eat your seed and eat your bread. The seed is for sowing (For saving and investments).

Financial experts encourages us to save at least 10%, and the Bible, 20%. Don't eat everything, save!.

3. Avoid Waste. If you are a waster of resources, you can't be a candidate of God's blessings. (John 6:12) Don't buy what you don't need.

4. Be diligent. Poverty is by choice and not by desire. (Prov 10:4) If you are lazy, you will end up in poverty. In whatever business you do, add value!

There are people you don't like, but you can't stop patronizing them because of the value they pass. Life will reward you for the value you add and the problems you solve.

Learn a new trade, upgrade yourself, go to school. (Prov 1:5) Aspire to be great. (Prov 22:29)

5. Walk in financial integrity. Don't engage in anything that doesn't glorify God. Don't borrow money you know you can't pay back. (Prov 13:11)

6. Engage in covenant practices. (Deu 8:18) Don't get so you can give, but give in order to get.

When you give, you activate the covenant and through that covenant, God's blessing is released. You are wealthy because you have a car or a house.

Covenant Channels of Blessings
1. Pay your tithe. Tithing is about financial stewardship. Its about God asking you to give a portion of what He gave to you.

2. Give to the Needy (Prov 19:17) When you bless the needy, you unlock financial blessings.

3. Honour your parents. (Eph. 6:2-3) There is a blessing in them that can only be downloaded when you honour them with gifts.

4. Honour your pastors, leaders and mentors. Not because they need it but because you need their blessings. God has empowered them to impart a blessing in your life. (Heb 7:7)

5. Give sacrificial seeds. (Psalm 126:5-6) When you sow in tears you reap in joy. You can't honour God and be left stranded.

6. Prayer Cover. (Gen 15:11) There are vultures that want to attack the source of your wealth. You need to pray to drive them away.
