Publishing in highly prestigious, massive impact factor scientific journals means NOTHING about the quality of a study. That’s now my opinion. That’s a fact. I’ll prove why. It is time to start bringing out to public the #EditorialGate .

1st - ASTONISHING: Did you know that the New England Journal of Medicine (NEJM), the (alleged) most prestigious medical journal, DOES NOT ANALYZE THE DATA of the studies they publish? (1/7)
This was admitted by its EDITOR IN CHIEF, Eric Rubin, in an email he sent me. After months holding our manuscript on proxalutamide) and knowing the results since the beginning), they rejected arbitrarily and were not able to provide an explanation. (2/7)
When I asked Eric Rubin, he said that THEY DIMPLY DON’T HAVE THE CAPACITY to ANALYZE THE DATA, as you all can see in the email sent in June 15th, 2021, in the print attached to this tweet. (3/7)

1/4 Engraçado. Dizem que a notícia do post anterior sobre o reforço da nossa teoria anti-androgênica é “fake news” porque a sabizabulina funciona sim mas é por outros mecanismos (fonte: bola de cristal) e que por ora “anti-androgênicos não funcionam” (com explicação pífia).
2/4 Ora, quem afirmou que a sabizabulina funciona baseou-se na mesma fonte (press release) que afirmou que a proxalutamida funcionou em estudo multicêntrico nos EUA. Ah, diferença: proxalutamida foi em fase 3 e a sabizabulina foi fase 1B/2.
3/4 Portanto, se afirmam que a sabizabulina funciona (Lembrando: o mais forte dela é a sua ação anti-androgênica! Só estudar.), é contraditório afirmar que a proxalutamida não funciona. É muita birra e vaidade agarrar-se, a qualquer custo, ao erro de apostar contra nossa teoria.

2/4 A Sabizabulina é uma conhecidíssima droga (todos já devem estar familiarizados), da também conhecidíssima indústria Veru Pharma, que foi desenvolvida inicialmente para câncer de mama e de próstata, e que atua inibindo o transporte de receptores androgênicos via 'microtúbulos'
3/4 A Sabizabulina apresentou redução de 82% na mortalidade relativa em um estudo fase IB/II em pacientes hospitalizados, com reduções igualmente dramáticas em vários outros desfechos, e por isso o estudo teve de ser interrompido devido aos excelentes resultados!

3/5 It is important to highlight that an INCREASE IN MORTALITY RATES would be expected among patients on ADT, once these patients are at later stages of cancer and present increased prevalence of diabetes, low muscle mass and frailty due to deep and chronic testosterone blockade.
