2/ One meaning of word "Advocate" is "To speak on behalf of others".
And legal system is designed as "Adversial System".
Two parties are supposed to strongly argue on behalf of their clients and in this contested atmosphere, a Judge is supposed to give a balanced Judgement.

3/ When an advocate is arguing for prosecution, he is not supposed to speak on favourable points for accused.

5/ At the end of the day, the advocate is also a human being. He is just like a common man and he does have a conscience.
He may have a desire to take only just cases. But Advocate Act says that he is NOT to refuse to take cases for unjust parties.

6/ In my young age, once I protested to Judge that the other side is lying.
The Judge said, "He is just stating what is case of his client. You say what is case of your client. Then it is for me to decide what can be just order in this case."

7/ Since last 60 years, a problem has come up where litigants FEARLESSLY TELL LIES on affidavits, and no actions are taken against them even if their lies are exposed with evidence.
8/ This gives an impression to public at large that lawyers are liars (Though it is the litigants who deliberately tell lies on oath and suppress truth..)
9/ The litigants assume that they can hire costly advocates to argue their cases and they can easily get away from the court.
This is something that needs to be changed.

10/ Filing of documents with forged signatures about lands valued in several crores is also an evil. It requires a prolonged trial to decide whether signatures were true or false.
Such cases are eroding faith of people in legal system.

11/ Most of the time, forged land documents, wills, sale deeds are used to get "Interim Orders" from Courts, directing opposite side not sale or create third party interest.
After some months suits are compromised. This way, "Treachery" wins in courts.
