He got Hillary for America, DNC, Perkins Coie, Fusion GPS, & Rodney Joffe to claim attorney client privilege. 'Forcing' Durham to file FEC rulings documenting the payments to Fusion GPS were illegal under election laws!

Durham officially notifying he judge that while they are all claiming this is legal consulting, the DNC & HFA agreed to pay fines for improperly reporting the money sent to Fusion GPS by claiming it was for "legal & compliance reporting".

Had they realized that Durham was going to try & pierce attorney client privilege, it is very likely that they would not have agreed to the FEC settlement in December & signed it in February!

A partner from Perkins Coie even represented both HFA & the DNC in accepting these fines from FEC!

The FEC investigator's provided probable cause to the FEC General Counsel to move forward, but the FEC is designed to protect the politicians & needs major reform.
But that resulted in fines the Hillary Campaign agreed to pay in order to end the case!

DNC & HFA tried to use attorney client privilege against the FEC's subpoenas too. But FEC investigators & lawyers still found plenty of evidence that the work was not "legal services? or "legal & compliance consulting"

The key point is that none of this is directly relevant to Sussmann's charge for lying to the FBI.
But the assertion of privilege to prevent testimony & emails that would show Sussmann's motive to hide his clients 'forces' Durham to introduce this information to the judge.

But invoices are generally not protected by ACP, so FEC found out that DNC & HFA were billed for "Russia Research" & "Russian language researcher.”

Felix Sater told us that his testimony showed that Glenn Simpson committed perjury when testifying to Congress to hide when Fusion GPS's relationship with Veselnatskya started.

Veselnitskaya was indicted for obstructing the investigation into Prevezon & money laundering crimes.

Fusion GPS was conducting research for her in this case & she was in NY for hearings on this case when she met with Trump's team.

Back to the FEC ruling.

The staff investigators & counsel found reason to believe there was probable cause that the Hillary for America campaing & the DNC laundered money through Perkins Coie to conceal their payments to Fusion GPS.

Which lead DNC & HFA to pay the fines...

Don't forget, Glenn Simpson & Fusion GPS allegedly filed an Ethics case against then Rep. @DevinNunes in an effort to intimidate him out of referring Simpson's perjury in testimony to DOJ.

I can't find a tweet at the moment to document it, but Simpson also lied about employing Nellie Ohr to Congress. In his initial testimony, he claimed that Ed Baumgartner was the only Russia speaker that he employed. But Nellie Ohr is also a Russia speaker/translator.

Found the testimony from Simpson where lied about employing only Ed Baumgartner as a subcontractor who speaks Russian.

Baumgartner is very important because he is the Fusion GPS contractor who accused @Comey of rigging the 2016 election to help Trump win it!

The narrative prepared by Simpson & Sussmann unraveled when FBI told the NYT's that there was no collusion!

The entire Hillary Clinton campaign conspiracy to trick voters into believing FBI was investigating Donald Trump failed, with this one article.
Yet 5 1/2 years later, some still believe that Comey & the FBI were investigating Trump.
