Looks like the judge has ordered Fusion GPS's tech maven Laura Seago to testify at trial. Her testimony is allegedly attorney client privileged under the claims by the DNC, FHA & Joffe.

The Motion to Compell Laura Sleago's testimony was filed ex-parte & under seal between these documents on 4/18/22 & 4/19/22.
Ex-parte means that the govt. submitted it for the judge's view without the defense being able to read the document under seal.

Sleago's testimony has featured in other Durham filings, including his request for in camera review of Fusion GPS communications including 4 emails between Joffe & Sleago. Durham says the ACP issue has to be resolved so she can testify.

So important that the judge noted that if Durham can produce evidence that Sussmann knew about faults in the data, Durham may be allowed to enter that evidence to prove Sussmann's motive for lying to FBI.
