EXCLUSIVE: On a 2015 camping trip to Kern County, a group of @LASDHQ deputies held down another who made an "unauthorized change" to a deputy gang tattoo. After attempting to burn it off w/ the barrel of a recently fired gun, they shot him in the ankle.

My sources identified the shooter as Sgt. Wyatt Waldron of the Lancaster station. The Office of the Inspector General found Waldron lied multiple times during the investigation. @LASDHQ never looked into it. @LACoSheriff promoted Waldron in 2021.

This isn't the first time that a deputy got away with shooting a colleague and got promoted...@Rhambo4Sheriff shot his boss during an operation in 1987 and went on to be assistant sheriff. He's currently running for LA Co. Sheriff.

BREAKING EXCLUSIVE: Veteran Inglewood Police Officer John Baca has been arrested on narcotics charges.
The federal indictment alleges 2 transactions. First 1 on 4/29, when Baca allegedly delivered cocaine to a witness cooperating with law enforcement. Baca allegedly delivered approximately 1 kg of cocaine to the same witness during another meeting on 5/4 in exchange for $22k cash.
John Abel Baca also appears to be the Vice President of the Inglewood Police Association, the union for Inglewood Police Officers

Lt. Deedrick also claims to have found 4 missing persons on the Venice boardwalk, one of which is allegedly an autistic man from the UK. He says he is going to connect with INTERPOL after the press conference.
Lt. Deedrick of @LASDHQ says that the HOST team exemplifies Maslow's hierarchy of needs by providing food water and shelter and also security through trauma informed care. This seemingly contradicts @LACoSheriff previous statement about it being wrong to help the unhoused.
Lt. Deedrick says a significant portion of the boardwalk population is "nomadic travelers" or people allowed to keep a "dual residence". Many shelters do not allow residents to keep most of their belongings, which is why they store things outside.

Sheriff Villanueva now showing a photo taken the Southern California newsgroup depicting an encampment w/ the caption "A National Disgrace...A Local Tragedy." He falsely states that most of LA's homeless population comes from outside of California and are ruining tourist spots.
