Although the Conservatives have lost more than 100 seats in the local elections, this does not translate into total triumph for Labour, Sky News analysis shows.

England hasn’t met the NHS waiting times target once since 2014, and things got worse during the pandemic.
In January, almost 40% of patients starting treatment had been waiting more than two months since first getting an urgent referral from their GP - the target is 15%.
Only two local NHS areas met the target, out of the 107 who provided data - Calderdale in West Yorkshire, and Bolton.
In Manchester, Birmingham and Thurrock in Essex, more than two in every three patients had been waiting more than two months.
