We were then ridiculed and told that we did all this in the middle of a pandemic etc. The sad part is that when you have people saying things like "Mind your own business, We will fight this through", It makes us think what the actual solution is.

Yesterday's attack was coordinated by the @PodujanaParty and NOT by the @sjbsrilanka. And those commenting based on emotions should realise that we too as a party have our own voter base which we have to be responsible for.

He didn't say the peaceful protest should end BUT said that the Government's actions ended a very peaceful protest. Whats wrong with that comment? Remember where to chanel your anger. We are not the enemy and if some don't understand that so be it.

No one has the right to tell who should come and who shouldn't come to a "peaceful" protest. That itself takes away the very essence of democracy and if you don't see that, then we have another homegrown problem that we need to deal with
