... should come to the mosque. Although my sister begged me to not to go with them, but there wasn't any option so I had to. When we reached at the mosque, dozens of other people were already there.

We sat there for a while, after some moments, a Talib came & said the meeting (jalsa) is going to be held in a garden & we are taking you all there. At that time, we all believed that they would either kill us or imprison us, cos they had done so many times in past 9 months.

They put us all on the ground and after taking some videos, a few Kandahari and Khosti Taliban came. They said nothing more than warning everyone that if anyone joined the #NRF, they would not have mercy on any living thing and would kill everyone and send them to hell. 4/6

After 10 to 15 minutes, one of the Kandahari #Taliban took a list out of his pocket & said that "except for the names I read, everyone else could return to their homes." He read the names of 15 or 20 people and they arrested them all, and we do not know what happened to them. 5/6

This resident of Dara, left Panjshir with his family among dozens of others evening yesterday.

Zabihullah Mujahid, #Taliban spokesman has tweeted the same video with caption: "these are #NRF forces and they have surrendered today and joined with Islamic Emirate forces."

Taking civilian as hostage by Taliban is continuingly all over Panjshir and Andarab.
