popular jock a! bk x nerdy o! dk
— —
Izuku should’ve listened to his mom when she warned him about alphas. He should’ve heeded it when he had the chance. Then maybe he would’ve saved his broken heart…
…and his omega.
No one was more surprised by the school’s resident bad boy and popular football player’s love confession than Izuku.
There was no previous courting or any indication that the blonde alpha even harbored any affection toward him.
Izuku had felt like he was in a scene straight out of a cheesy romcom. As he stood at the gate, staring in shock at the bundle of dozen red roses and a red-faced alpha, Izuku couldn’t quite understand why he was doing this.
“Uhm…”
“G-Go out with me.”
Izuku blinked.
He could hear the whispers around them. Katsuki Bakugo was many things, but shy or intimidated was not one of them.
It was as shocking to the student populace as it was to Izuku to see and hear the infamous Dynamight stutter.
Izuku swallowed the lump forming in his throat, glancing around the area nervously as curious eyes clashed with his.
It seemed everyone was waiting with baited breath to see if he was going to respond. And the longer the silence stretched, the more red in the face Katsuki got.
“Uhm… I think you’ve mistaken me for someone else,” Izuku chuckled lightly, tugging his book bag strap closer to his chest.
“You’re Izuku Midoriya. Third year at UA Private Academy. You’re a straight A student and Vice President of the student council. Your favorite color is—“
Katsuki continued to ramble on and on about him, causing Izuku to gape like a fish out of water with each passing fact.
He would’ve found it a bit creepy at how well… researched he was if it weren’t for the fact that /the/ Katsuki Bakugo knew who he was.
“—you have exactly 2,458 freckles and a tiny birth mark in the shape of a heart next to your right eye,” Katsuki said.
“Okay! I get it! You… You know who I am,” Izuku finally interrupted, waving his arms about in a nervous fashion.
He gulped at the alpha’s serious expression.
“I know you, Izuku Midoriya. I’ve known who you were the moment I laid eyes on you,” Katsuki spoke, voice soft and almost reverent, “Please… give me a chance and I’ll make sure you won’t regret it.”
Izuku should’ve known then. He wished he could go back to this moment.
He wished he could warn his gullible, past self that this love confession was nothing more than a lie. Fabricated by a few cruel individuals that have never known true consequences.
Maybe then he wouldn’t have fallen pregnant.
Maybe then his omega would’ve survived.

(TBC after work. Let me know what you think so far and, if possible, help me choose Katsuki’s and Izuku’s love rival 👀
Also, if you can, please consider tipping me on my Kofi. Any donations made go towards bills/groceries.
He’ll never forget the loud applause from the people surrounding them as Katsuki’s face broke out into a victorious grin. His sharp teeth glinting dangerously in the hot sun.
Soon, he was engulfed by strong arms and Katsuki’s scent. Izuku hesitantly returned the gesture, peering over the alpha’s shoulder to gaze at his cheering friends.
Their smiles too wide and malicious-looking to be genuine happiness for their all-star friend.
One in particular looked pained and murderous. The blonde, he noted, held shaking fists by his sides. Izuku could scent rotten notes of despair in the air
But just as quickly as he observed all this, it was gone. Katsuki had pulled back, stroking his arms and smiling down at him
“You won’t regret it,” Katsuki had said, bringing a hand to his cheek, his fingers caressing feather light touches that left hot, burning trails behind with every stroke.
Izuku swallowed, mouth gone dry as he finally looked into Katsuki’s eyes—ruby-red and sanguine.
It was no wonder people feared and respected him on and off the field. One look from Katsuki Bakugo was bound to make anyone weak in the knees.
Izuku had been entranced. Spell-bound by the strong alpha who risked his social standing for a mere wallflower like him.
“You’re beautiful, Izuku Midoriya,” Katsuki whispered, thumb tracing his lip, “I knew you were the one—the ONLY one for me.”
Izuku, for all his smarts and quick thinking, should’ve caught on to that lie. Katsuki was the very definition of a playboy.
He’s left more broken hearts than any alpha on campus combined. Always embroiled in scandalous rumors and a new, pretty face hanging onto his arm every day.
But his devilish charms and good looks worked in his favor. Not to mention he had a way with words.
Izuku, smitten and blushing, had linked their hands together. Uncaring of their nosy peers.
Let them look, he thought.
Let them be jealous of what he now had. If only he knew that what he had was not a treasure to behold but rather fool’s gold.
“Congrats, bro!”
“So manly professing your love!”
“You two look sooo adorable together, right Denki?”
Izuku watched the blonde—Denki—stiffen, the muscles in his face twitched ever so slightly as they tried and failed to appear happy.
Katsuki wrapped an arm around his shoulders, tugging him close. Holding him like a trophy that he won.
“Of course we look good together,” Katsuki smirked, head held high, looking down his nose haughtily.
“We were meant to be after all.”
That seemed to break the camel’s back. Denki took one step back and then another before he turned, running away.
Izuku stared in confusion. So many signs and yet he was still blind. He had glanced up at the alpha—about to voice his concern for the other omega—
When he clicked his mouth shut. Katsuki’s face, which was once triumphant, looked cold. Unfeeling.
Izuku should’ve been alarmed. Denki was supposedly his friend. One of his closest friends. He’s seen the omega hang off of him for so long that people mistook him as Katsuki’s mate
Denki is a beautiful, gorgeous omega. He had love letters overflowing his mailbox. He had a flurry of alphas and betas at his neck and call.
It was no wonder that he was the only omega Katsuki had tolerated.
The only one to stick around long enough to not be cast aside like a used rag.
Until Izuku.
Maybe it was karma for his omega preening. Alpha chose HIM. He beat the school’s Omega Goddess.
“You should check in on him,” Izuku had suggested, worriedly chewing on his lip. “He seemed so upset.”
“Tch… he’s fine,” Katsuki replied, rolling his eyes in annoyance, “Whatever he’s upset about… I’m sure he’ll get over it.”
Izuku nodded, unaware of what was to come. He was about to find out exactly how Denki will eventually come around.
He’ll soon see how he’ll play nice and smile at him, welcoming him with open arms. Just as he also welcomed his alpha with open arms and open legs.

Izuku always had a mantra running through his head: “I’m not the kind of person people can fall in love with.” He was distinctly aware that he’ll never be the one who gets the guy.
He’ll never get Kacchan.
See, Izuku had these feelings. These intense, fiery tendrils that snaked around his heart and squeezed, almost crushingly, at the mere thought of the blonde. Some may call it obsession, but to Izuku it’s something else entirely.
Love.
Love for his childhood best friend.
It was an adoration fit for a god, and if Izuku had it his way, he’d gladly devote himself to Kacchan. His love was as devout as a disciple of God.
Katsuki, for all his intelligence, was oblivious to the true notion of his emotions.
Thinking about O!Dk being fated to the alpha chieftess’ alpha son, Katsuki. If Deku were any other omega, he'd be ecstatic. Overjoyed at the prospect of belonging to such a fine, strong alpha man.
But as the village's outcast, he couldn't let him know.
So he keeps his distance.
It should be easy—to watch him from afar—but as Katsuki’s 18th name day approaches, Izuku feels his well-kept secret ticking like a time bomb.
“No way! Katsuki is here!”
Izuku's head snapped upwards, pausing his current task—tending food and drink to the huntsmen of his tribe.
His heart skipping a beat as he caught sight of the alpha. He stood tall and confident, his fiery personality evident in the way he carried himself.
#bkdk and camie/shindo grew up in the same neighborhood. Camie babysat Bk and Shindo babysat Dk.
As they got older, Bk loathed Shindo bc he had a “crush” on Camie…
…and also bc Dk confessed to him that he’s been crushing on Shindo.
That smarmy bastard. Who does he think he is hogging the attention of the two most important people to him?!
Especially Dk.
His skin crawls every time the nerd went all starry-eyed and blushing till he resembled a strawberry whenever Shindo is mentioned.
Ugh. Disgusting.
Dk should only look at him. And Camie, he’d think afterwards.
So what if Shindo is the town’s popular basketball player. Bk takes that title for himself years later. So what if Shindo makes it big and becomes a hotshot CEO?!
Bk scoffs, taking over his family’s designer company

O! Dk has been in love with A! Bk since he could remember. They promised each other that one day they’d mate and have a happy family. It was a child’s dream. For Dk didn’t know the absolute suffering and pain that was to come—all in the shape of Bk… & Camie.
Dk and Bk were close. Once. Although, as they grew older and they presented, the childlike wonder and love they had for each other dwindled until it became nothing short of a memory.
But Dk remembered. He’d always remember.
He’d hold onto the promise that Bk made like a lifeline thrown out into the endless, turbulent sea of his undying love and constant yearning.
They were in high school now. Seniors to be exact.
BkDk where they’re married and believed to be in love. But then bk cheats on dk with someone they know. Dk inevitability finds out in the worst way imaginable. Bk expects Dk to cry—to become this emotional mess, but to Bk’s shock, he doesn’t…
Dk’s face, once bright with love and adoration for his husband, turns icy and expressionless. As Dk wordlessly begins to pack his things, Bk kicks his lover out and scrambles to convince Dk to stop.
“P-Please I can explain!” Bk cries, clawing desperately at Dk, and reaching out
To hold onto him. The moment his hand makes contact with Dk’s skin, Dk drops his luggage and clothes abruptly.
He roughly snatches his arm back, Dk’s lips curl with disgust, his vibrant green eyes darkened with revulsion, and says, “There’s nothing to explain, Bakugo.”
