I offer the following to you: if you sleep too much, you stop dreaming. You lay awake not willing to interact with the world. And it's truly awful.
It's a form of suffering.
Life is truly about balance in that way. I saw the other end of "too much sleep" and it was equally as horrifying as not getting enough in the first place.

It's one of the few things im truly afraid of. Of "going back there."
