Delhi High Court will continue to hear today the appeal filed by former JNU student Umar Khalid seeking bail in the Delhi Riots larger conspiracy case.

While the matter was earlier heard by a bench of Justices Siddharth Mrirdul and Rajnish Bhatnagar, fter change in roster, it will now be by a bench of Justices Mukta Gupta and Mini Pushkarna.

While hearing the appeal, the previous bench had remarked that his speech delivered at Amravati was obnoxious and that while criticism of the government is allowed, a Lakshman Rekha cannot be crossed.
