Sharing👇dialogue which could be fictional, as THREAD as it has great moral.
1. In Mahabharat, Karna asks Krishna: "My mother left me when I was born. Is it my fault I was born illegitimate?
I did not get education from Dhronacharya because I was considered not a Kshatriya. +
2. Parsuraam taught me but cursed me to forget everything when he came to know I was not Brahmin.
A cow was accidentally hit by my arrow & its owner cursed me for no fault of mine.
I was disgraced in Draupadi's Swayamvar.
Even Kunthi told me truth only to save her other sons.+
3. Whatever I received was through Duryodhana's charity.
So how am I wrong in taking his side ?"
Krishna replies, "Karna, I was born in a jail.
Death was waiting for me even before my birth.
The night I was born I was separated from my birth parents. +
4. From childhood, you grew up hearing the noise of swords, chariots, horses, bow, and arrows. I got only cow herd's shed, dung, and multiple attempts on my life even before I could walk!
No Army, No Education. I could hear people saying I am the reason for all their problems. +
5. When all of you were being appreciated for your valour by your teachers I had not even received any education. I joined Gurukula of Rishi Sandipani only at the age of 16!
You are married to a girl of your choice. I didn't get the girl I loved. +
6. Rather ended up marrying those who wanted me or the ones I rescued from demons.
I had to move my whole community from the banks of Yamuna to far off Sea shore to save them from Jarasandh. I was called a coward रणछोड़ for running away! +
7. If Duryodhana wins the war you will get a lot of credit. What do I get if Dharmaraja wins the war? Only the blame for the war and all related problems.
Remember one thing, Karna. Everybody has Challenges in life to face.
LIFE IS NOT FAIR & EASY ON ANYBODY! +
8. But what is Right (Dharma) is known to your conscience आत्मसाक्षी। No matter how much unfairness we got, how many times we were disgraced, how many times we fall, what is important is how you REACTED at that time. +
9. Life's unfairness does not give you license to walk wrong path.
Remember: Life may be tough at few points, but DESTINY is not created by SHOES we wear but by STEPS we take.”
'धर्म एव हतो हन्ति धर्मो रक्षति रक्षितः

1. During 1940s a group of Telugu students were studying in Kashi Vidyapeeth.
Before returning to their homes for vacation they went to a Benaras Silk shop to buy clothes for their womenfolk. They ran short of money and were discussing amongst themselves anxiously. +
2. The shopkeeper overheard the conversation & told them not worry as they can pay on their return from vacation.
The students were pleasantly surprised by the good gesture of the shopkeeper. After packing the clothes and before leaving the shop they out of curiosity enquired +
3. from shopkeeper what if they won’t pay on their return.
Shopkeeper replied: Never mind, henceforth I would never ever trust Telugus.
The 1st thing the rattled students did on their return from vacation was to visit the shopkeeper to pay him.
1. Sri @manojmuntashir Ji,
It’s not always possible to find exact equivalent words in languages that originated in different civilisations. Hence, linguists & translators use words that have approximate meanings. And if there is none, then word of other language is imported. +
2. Most northern Indian languages use धर्म for religion whereas Telugu uses मत. This has been the practice for at least 200 years. So there is no point now to indulge in hairsplitting polemics or trying to pluck feather out of egg about धर्म and religion, their differences etc. +
3. Importantly it will create more avoidable confusion in the minds of already confused ordinary Hindus apart from giving scope to Courts & #PseudoHindutva RSS-BJP to declare that Hinduism is not a religion. And do you @manojmuntashir know what will be its adverse consequences? +
While Congress is good at making bad laws/policies, BJP is good at enforcing bad laws/policies of Congress.
&
While Congress has NO WILL to enforce their bad laws/policies; BJP has NO GUTS to repeal bad law/policies of Congress. +
2. Take #Minority_Appeasement. While Congress started giving doles to placate Minorities, BJP made it into a fine art by excelling in empowering Minorities to the exclusion of Hindus.
Even @NCM_GoI had its genesis during Janata Party (BJS merged with JP) rule in 1978. +
3. Take #Waqf Act-1995 & Waqf (Amendment) Act-2013 both of which were enacted by Congress. But BJP not only actively collaborated but also suggested in Parliament to make it more draconian & voted for them. Visit TLs of @anshul_aliganj & @RituRathaur for details & evidence. +
2. Extremely poor quality of faculty/teachers —many reasons for this including lack of respect, social standing for teaching profession, reservations, campuses as incubators of politics, political propaganda, extension centres of parties etc, rather than centres of learning.
3. What can am academically challenged teacher teach? He indulges in politics, casteism etc to so that none can question his incompetence. He can throw casteist mud if anyone does. So not much learning happens in our campuses & people with means fly abroad to learn.
