Kavi Bhushan was living in times of Shivaji

The earlier lines are mentioned below:

“The Muslims have destroyed all our temples; they are hoisting ‘Ali’s flag everywhere; rajas have fled; everywhere one sees (Muslim) pirs (saints), and payghambars (prophets), nowhere Hindu sants and sddhis; Kashi has lost its splendor and there are mosques in Mathura.”

In his opinion it was Ch. Shivaji who could save Bharat from Islamisation.

Read these interesting lines (demolishes claim that he as Marauder as Aurangzeb):

Khafi Khan, writes in his Muntakhab-ul-Lubab

So while our own foolishly equate Marathas under Ch Shivaji to be as marauder as Aurangzeb & other Timurid Padshahs,

His enemies servant Khafi Khan (served under Aurangzeb) demolishes that claim.

One of the most foremost Historian (considered fountainhead of Indic Historical Writings) JN Sarkar writes:

Kavi Bhushan be blamed to exaggerate but JN Sarkar?

Jadunath Sarkar writes as below in other book:

“The Historian of Shivaji at the end of a careful study of all the records about him (...), is bound to admit that Shivaji was not only the maker of the Maratha nation, but also the greatest constructive genius of medieval India .”

The above excerpt is from book “House of Shivaji”.

So according to Jadunath Sarkar, any careful student of history can’t deny that Shivaji was not only maker of Maratha but greatest maker of Medieval India.

If you demean Shivaji for this, you first need to debunk J Sarkar.

Then comes another stalwart SR Goel, who sings praises to Shivaji & says that he was man of importance across nation .

He writes, “(...) They (those who see Shivaji as Maharashtra concerned) are like street urchins spitting at the sun.” (Read more in excerpt from his book).

The above is from book “The Story of Islamic Imperialism”.

So those saying that Shivaji wasn’t actually a national & biggest Hindu warrior, they need to debunk both SR Goel & Jadunath Sarkar as starter.
