There is an ancient temple in #Kerala, India made famous by thieves.
Four times in recent history, thieves stole the temple idol but returned it as they could not go far with it.
The reasons they gave, makes the story even more intriguing.
Mridanga Saileswari 🛕 is a temple at Muzhakunnu, Kannur district in the southern state of Kerala.
The 🛕 is among the 108 temples believed to have been established by Sage Parashuram. There is a story behind the temple getting the name “Mridanga Saileswari”.
Mridangam is a percussion instrument from India of ancient origin.
In ancient Hindu sculpture, mridangam is often depicted as the instrument of choice of Hindu deities like Ganesh & Nandi, the vehicle and follower of Shivji.
It's is known as Deva Vaadyam or the musical instrument of the Gods. It is believed that a piece of rock, perhaps a meteor, in the shape of Mridanga fell from heaven at this place & Parashuram, feeling the presence of Devi, invoked her into the rock & established a temple for her
Mridanga Shaileswari temple is also considered as the birthplace of South Indian Classical dance, Kathakali.
In this temple, Goddess Sakti is present in three forms namely, Kali, Saraswati and Lakshmi.
A couple of years back, Rtd. Director-General of Police of Kerala State, Shri Alexander Jacob made public the stories of 4 robberies that happened in this temple in previous years. The estimated value of the temple idol is around 1.5 cr.
The 1st break in took place in 1979. The idol was stolen and found abandoned just a few meters away. The police couldn't reach the culprits.
A few years later, the story repeated. This time the police couldn't find the idol. T
The temple authorities went for Ashta Mangal Devprashna. On 42nd day, police received the information on an abandoned idol in TN with a note - "This idol belongs to Mridanga Saileswari Temple & we can't take it further. Please return it."
The third time, thieves planned to steal the idol via Wayanad forests. Again the police failed to nail the culprits. Once again, some anonymous call gave information about the idol and the police returned it back to the temple.
The curious Police tried to find the reason behind this stealing and leaving the idol half way through.
They understood that when people touched the idol, they lost the sense of direction and everyone stayed in a confused state of mind. So they decided to abandon it.

In her twilight years, Devaki Mata yearned to witness Krishna’s childhood leelas. He left Gokula young and returned only to depart again—her heart ached for even one glimpse.
Moved by his mother’s longing, Krishna transformed into Bala Roopa—with churn stick and rope in hand—to fulfill her soul’s wish.
Rukmini watched this divine play and vowed to worship that child form daily. Krishna then summoned Vishwakarma to carve him from Saligrama stone.
A Real & Interesting Story of Nargis & Nehru Family! Don't miss the role of Maulana Abul!
Nargis's grandmother Dilipa was a distant relation of Mangal Pandey. Dilipa became a widow at the age of 13. She stumbled upon a man called Sheikh Miajan & they lived as husband and wife.
Later, paths of Dilipa and Motilal Nehru crossed, and it was confirmed that they were neighbors in Allahabad.
Motilal didn't have a happy marriage with Swaroop Rani.
Dilipa gave birth to Jaddanbai. Jaddanbai always tied rakhi to Jawahar (son of Swaroop Rani).
Probably Motilal was the father of Jaddanbai, who later became a great singer.
Mohanchand, a Mohiyal Brahmin fell for Jaddanbai. Mohanbabu's horoscope predicted his 1st half life being very diff from 2nd half. As an interpretation, he spent his 2nd half of the life as Muslim.
A deep dive into the Islamic culture, their religious justification of the acts of Terrorism, War & horrendous Violence via the Case Study of 1971 War!
1. According to Pakistanis, they had lost the 1971 War but won the women of Bangladesh.
2. Rapes of 0.4 million women during the war was a proper Genocide.
The aim was to make the women non - marriageable. Illegitimate children were born, mass abortions leads to chaos. It also brings down the moral courage of men for not protecting their women.
(Sex Jihad today?)
3. Rape was used as a weapon, sport & a punishment.
There were sex slave camps being setup. Women were deliberately raped in front of their resp husbands or fathers or brothers. This would break the men psychologically during the war.
