It looks like Sussmann proffered testimony to Durhamin exchange for a guilty plea before this went to trial.
Sussmann’s lawyers want the judge to prohibit Durham’s team from asking Sussmann questions about those issues if he testifies!
Wonder who Sussmann offered to flip on to get a guilty plea?
Hillary? Elias? Joffe?

Can’t imagine why Sussman’s lawyers wouldn’t want Durham asking about those things? (Sarcasm)
If you are not aware, one of the ways the Swamp controls prosecutions is to have Swampy defense lawyers convince their defendant to plead guilty. Then flip on innocent people to sell a narrative & protect the guilty. Sabotaging the real cases.
Manafort, Gates, P-dop, & maybe Gen. Flynn are likely examples of this. Fortunately, Mueller’s team demanded the #receipts & wouldn’t allow them to falsely implicate Trump.

Kaboom!

Sussmann brought allegations to FBI hiding that Joffe was his source.
Joffe then went to FBI to corroborate Sussmann‘s info & out Dagon.
Purpose? To get FBI to interview Dagon, so media could report FBI was investigating Trump.
FBI thwarted Sussmann & Joffe’s plan!
Joffe concealed from FBI that he (and his Never Trump GOP friends?) we’re helping Hillary & the Dems destroy Trump’s chance to win the election.
But FBI agents didn’t want to hear more fake evidence against Trump.

Joffe asked Grasso to conceal his identity from the agents investigating Alfa Bank. So FBI couldn’t identify him.
Wow! Joffe knew the FBI had opened the investigation someone. How did he know? McCabe or another leaker? Using IC access spying on the FBI?

And this is critical! Sussmann & Joffe rewrote the white paper.
Sussmann gave to Baker hiding Joffe’s role.
Joffe gave to Brasso, hinting Dagon wrote it.
FBI knew Dagon was talking to reporters.

If FBI wanted to hurt Trump, interviewing Dagon would have been the media hook!
Instead of taking the action Joffe & Fusion GPS wanted, interview Dagon & get media to say that meant the FBI believed the Alfa DNS data.
FBI did not take the bait.
Instead the FBI convinced the NY Times to publish an article exonerating Trump 1 week before the 2016 election.
The Hillary Clinton campaign October Surprise to finish Trump, became the FBI’s October Surprise that finished Hillary.
Triggering an OSC & OIG investigation of Comey for rigging the election in favor of Trump.
I hope we get Lichtblau on the stand later this week!

Interesting, last week the defense brought in evidence that Rodney Joffe provided info to FBI as a CHS to his handler.
So Sussmann lies to FBI to conceal Joffe’s role, then a CHS tries to blame Dagon as the source of spying on Trump.
The guy Sussmann had to convince it was legal. ImageImage
Gaynor says he would not have volunteered for the case had Sussmann not lied. It took him off another much more important CI case.
Which may be why Joffe & HRC’s friends were flooding FBI CI with false allegations to keep them from real threats to National Security. Image
Waiting to see if we get the dots connected to prove that Joffe was the CHS that McCabe prohibited the Crossfire Hurricane agents from interviewing?

Why wouldn’t McCabe want CH to know Joffe was the source?

Wondering about Sussmann's conflicted lawyers...

Why'd the defense put Robby Mook on the stand to claim that Sussmann went to HRC's enemy, the FBI.

While it helps claim he was no there for HRC, Dems on the jury just got told that Sussmann was a traitor & cost her 2016!
But Mook may have stepped in it, trying to argue that the campaign did not know Sussmann was going to the FBI with the Alfa Bank allegations.
But the campaign retweeted the Slate story & hinting at FBI investigations of it...
This is Mook's subordinate.

Mook tried to argue that if they were aware of the FBI investigation Sussmann triggered, Slate would have covered that too!

And Mook testified Hillary approved this!

Another Durham 'ambush'!
NYT's reporter Lichtbau agreed to testify for Sussmann & Joffe for their defense. But demands the court event Durham's team from cross examining him about Fusion GPS & the researchers.
Because he agreed, he likely can't back out!
