2/ This is almost as bad as the original facebook TOS. I actually READ everything before signing up & was stunned that failure to provide my FULL legal name could result in IMMEDIATE termination of my account.
Obviously a huge red flag and obvs they did not get what they wanted.

3/ If Twitter cares about shielding under 18s from sensitive content, they should ask users to tick a box confirming they're over 18 but they don't want to know if you're over 18. They want to know HOW old you are to target ads.
4/ Some dingbat is gonna say "But you could LIE and just tick the "I'm over 18" box even if you're NOT over 18 so this won't work.
To you, I respond, the only thing not working is your brain.
