Ask your employer to cover 100% of your tail insurance from day one as it can become quite expensive.

Time is your new limiting factor, not money. Prioritize it over small savings. With limited weeks in life, don't waste them on unwanted tasks. Hire help for daily tasks to free up time & trade your money for time.
Focus on "good enough" instead of max. Another million won't change life. Wealth allows for simplicity, so stick to a reasonable investing plan & stop constantly tinkering.
Short of winning the lottery, a doc who spends their $300,000 salary can't reproduce that with investments in less than 10 years with a small nest egg.
The sooner you cut your current spending, the less dramatic the change at retirement will be.

2️⃣ Work as Long as Possible
More time for your nest egg to compound, more earnings for your retirement fund, and your SS benefits continue to grow.
The longer you work, the shorter your retirement will be, so the smaller the nest egg you will need in retirement, as well.
