Probably best example: Later in the show, you find out that if a vampire dies, all the vampires they created also die. But the Vampiric Council makes liberal use of the death penalty, which means they are regularly wiping out whole family lines of vampires.
Another one: Nadja made Laszlo a vampire sometime in the 19th(?) century, but in the season 1 finale L confesses to having a centuries-long reincarnation feud with N’s lover, Gregor. This means that L must have been reincarnated multiple times before becoming a vampire.
Yes, I have too much time on my hands. The upshot is that I am very detail-oriented, so you should definitely hire me.

I know PB Curry is really big on love, but I’m starting to wonder if the next big turn in Christian belief and practice should be hope.
The heart of Jesus’s Gospel is that the Kingdom of God is breaking into this world, destroying the principalities and powers of this age and calling out God’s justice and mercy to rule in their place. And that was cause for radical hope that these things were coming to pass.
The role that love plays in the meantime is an embodied *witness* to the Gospel among communities who have bound themselves in faithfulness to this message.
