Actually... Where Jury is concerned.. Theres another movie called "Runaway Jury" which is a masterly scam... and a comedy called "Jury Duty" where the Foreman keeps delaying verdict because he has no place to stay..
You are judging their Jury system by movies and TV series?... LOL!...
1/2.. Jury system works quite well for the US... In the sense... in punishing a person for a crime... there shouldnt be even 1% doubt of his guilt.. The onus thus is on the prosecution to make a water-tight case...
2/2.. The balance is that a US judge can over-rule a guilty verdict by Jury but cannot over-rule a Not Guilty verdict.. There have been many miscarriages... but by & large their system works quite well.. In India the system doesnt work at all.. @kriram4

1. This is going around for quite some time.. that Modi destroyed VHP, BD... This is not accurate.. I have watched these 2 in Gujarat long time.. They never had any real organisational structure to survive.. They are like loose nuts floating around..
2. What exactly is the positioning of VHP or BD as an organisation? You wont be able to define it.. Both stand on the EDGE of the playground like the Kabbaddi players who have been outed or the benchwarmers in any other game.. @MrRao_RB
3. The participation of VHP/BD in mainstream events is SPORADIC and inconsistent... To survive & grow as an org.. You need proper structure, a clearcut agenda and consistent practice of that agenda... Merely being agitational cant go very far...

For the record.. @NarendraModi NEVER said he would resettle KPs in Kashmir.. NEVER.. In fact, resettlement of KPs drastically reduced after he became PM.. Modi is determined to turn Kashmir fully Islamic.. thats why the sale to UAE..
