Just because the state claims two people entered the house on the night Senzo was killed, it doesn’t mean there were no other people allegedly involved in the planning and execution of a crime. The burden is on the state to prove beyond any reasonable doubt that they have a case
It is the duty of the defence teams to punch holes in the state case and convince the judge that their clients are innocent, either framed or someone tried to use them as scapegoats for a crime they didn’t commit. The list of witnesses was submitted long before the trial start.
