Donohue and Dave Mora (CM) made sure Banker's Casino received Cap's Saloon's card room license. (Cap's was involved in the Salinas Valley Heroin Network which saw Marion Lopez sent to prison). @chief_filice long ago predecessor Dan Ortega was so opposed but weak he quit.

Multiple so-called leaders wrote letters to the Monterey Co. Superior Court in 2010 - my own aunt was the judge but the clique had her by the proverbial balls for a Cert of Rehab which led to @JerryBrownGov corruptly pardoning a drug dealer. Dave Drew.
