Question 1: What could hold me back today?
This question gets to the root of your issues first and foremost.
Honesty and accurate self reflection will make these answers really clear.
Some examples for me:
❌ Feeling FOMO from checking twitter and seeing how other people are trading
❌ Not doing my routine and feeling confused going into the session
❌ Overtrading based on desires to perform well

Go through the list of stocks that are reaching 52 week highs & jot down your 5 favorites.
These 5 favorites should be the ones showing 👇
▪️ Big volume w/ big price movement to the upside
▪️ Tight price action on low relative volume in handles/consolidations
▪️ Noteable basing characteristics (3WT, HVs)
▪️ Relative Strength Line Action (strong slope)
