SC ORDER: Adv for the MCC and Centre has stated that ASG Balbir Singh will appear and he has some personal difficulty today. We had asked how many seats were vacant. We were informed 1,456 seats have remained vacant

SC: Counsel for MCC and Centre requests for time to file affidavit explaining why seats were vacant and why they were not filled in. Let the affidavit be filed today during course of day and copy must be given to Petitioners. List the matter tomorrow #NEET2021
