… For context; I tattooed @satinephoenix and @StoneJamison years ago. They flew me and my partner to their home where we also stayed. There was zero conversation of contracts - just the understanding that Jamison wanted 3 days worth of tattoos….

@satinephoenix @StoneJamison …During the process of tattooing Jamison, I mentioned that I could no longer do the tattoos I did on a celebrity after signing a contract to release the rights to their tattoos. This interested Jamison and he asked to see the contract - it was a casual passing conversation…

@satinephoenix @StoneJamison …after finishing three days of tattooing, we agreed to do my old day rate and deduct the price of the plane tickets. It wasn’t until I got back home and asked about the payment I hadn’t received that the contract was brought up again…

@satinephoenix @StoneJamison …when I realized it was a deciding factor for payment, I simply changed the existing contract to include mine and @StoneJamison information. When I sent it, I was insulted, berated and talked down to as if I was a lesser person. This is a video of that very conversation…

@satinephoenix @StoneJamison …Afterward,I had a 20 min phone call with @satinephoenix where I was told not to speak and that I was unprofessional for even presenting them such a contract(that had never been discussed before). When I finally had my chance to speak,I was told not to call back…

@satinephoenix @StoneJamison … Some time went by and I did something that was disingenuous but I felt necessary at the time - I apologized. I was afraid of what these two could do to my newly growing place in the D&D world . So I swallowed my pride and apologized with no idea what I was apologizing for…

@satinephoenix @StoneJamison ..I never spoke to anyone in the industry about this, letting it slide as a learning lesson. It wasn’t until we were at another convention, and people saw us together, that I was pulled aside by multiple separate people - warning me that they are dangerous company to keep…

@satinephoenix @StoneJamison …I then distanced myself on all fronts from them realizing I share mutual stories with many people in the D&D world who had also been incredibly insulted and boardline abused by @StoneJamison and the power they believe they have… it’s time for this to stop

@satinephoenix @StoneJamison …The time of allowing these two to silence, degrade ,insult and demean people behind closed doors needs to stop. They have been allowed to do this unchecked due to fear of causing drama and being unheard. They’ve been allowed to do this for far too long…

@satinephoenix @StoneJamison … If you have a story similar to this with these two, please know you aren’t alone. You can share your story knowing there are literally dozens of people who have been shamed into believing they are incapable of professionalism and speaking their truth…

@satinephoenix @StoneJamison …Society should not hold people who conduct themselves like this in a place of power - especially in this indistry. Many of us use D&D as a safe space and it’s examples like this that threaten what we’ve worked so hard to build.
