During the arguments, ASI had informed court that though there was no denial about existence of Hindu sculptures inside the Qutub Minar complex, a fundamental right to workshop can't be claimed with respect to the protected monument.

The order will be pronounced by Additional District Judge Nikhil Chopra of Saket Court. The verdict was reserved on May 24.

He is stated to be an heir of United Provinces of Agra. Advocate ML Sharma says the the property of Qutub Minar belongs to him therefore the minaret along with Quwwat-ul-Islam mosque should be given to him.

The court has asked the ASI as well as contesting parties to file a reply to this application.
ASI and the aprties have opposed the application.

The application was moved on June 8 and the previous judge, who had reseved his judgement, directed it to be placed before the court again to decide the application
