$VZ is spending money on expanding infrastructure & 5G investments. To me, this is important to keep up with competitors and I think the market has overreacted & oversold its stock

I was buying the duplex next door & the listing agent mentioned that the owner of this duplex wanted to sell, didn't want to list it on the MLS & wanted to close asap
I offered 2 hours later & he accepted right away
Purchase price: $220,000
Rent (at purchase): $950/mo each side ($1,900 total)
