When you explain it to them out loud, they think it's science fiction. It is not.
Things the gubmint will be able to do in 2030 w/ BCIs:
-give CIA agents photographic memory so they don't need cameras
-make mealworms taste like caviar and a shanty feel like a mansion to the average person by tweaking their mind
-force you to love watching YouTube Rewind 2018
-allow soldiers to hive-mind themselves with a swarm of BCI-equipped cockroaches so they can become cockroach-man and pilot bugs into enemy buildings
-remotely pilot people
-steal human brain clock cycles/run distributed supercomputing applications on people's BCIs
No ethical or regulatory standards exist to prevent the abuse of this technology.

If the regulators themselves have it in their heads, they will see no reason to limit it, because it will be used to manipulate them into giving BCIs legal leeway.
It is up to people of good conscience to resist this evil agenda.

@CharlesRixey @Jikkyleaks @DrKevinWMcCair1 @BrydenBradley The Nunn-Lugar Act and the Cooperative Threat Reduction program of 1991 were allegedly intended to contain, dismantle, and disarm Soviet WMDs before they could fall into the wrong hands.
In the wake of the collapse of the Soviet Union, there were a lot of facilities that were at risk of being breached by scavengers or terrorists looking for WMDs to steal, particularly things like dangerous pathogens in military biolabs, or chemical weapon stockpiles.
Under the BII (BioIndustry Initiative), the US DOS was involved in digging through former Soviet biolabs for tech that could be commercialized. Michael Callahan was involved in a lot of this work.

Aging is literally caused by mutations in somatic cells. These mutations happen because of cosmic radiation, replication errors, oxidative stress, and other sources of genome damage.
Sometimes, people get bone cancer after breaking a bone in a car accident; this is because injuries activate various inflammatory and wound-healing pathways that promote a great deal of cell replication, leading to a higher chance of an error occurring.
A tumor cell is basically a mutant cell that refuses to die or senesce (halt replication) when instructed to. It replicates all over the place and then you have cancer.

The economy runs on the contributions of the working poor, and the consumption and taxation of the middle class. A lot of things are shifting to a subscription model for a reason. They don't want people to buy and own cars anymore.
They want people to subscribe to a car service and then summon driverless cars with their phones, just like how Adobe Creative Cloud and Office 365 replaced retail software.
The mass servitization of things that used to be people's property is part of a plot to obtain greater control over the velocity of money, and to force people to spend it on a continuous basis.

Smart Cities, the Internet of Things, the Internet of Bodies, the Fourth Industrial Revolution, the Great Reset, Neuralink, DARPA's BRAIN Initiative.
All of these things essentially converge upon the same thing, which is a global smart grid system where humans are just another device on the grid.
As bad as some people think the Great Reset is on the surface, the reality underneath the hood is much, much worse. The people behind all of this are legit psychopaths.

You know what shocks me the most about all this? The parts which aren't even a conspiracy theory at all. The parts that are right out in the open. The great big elephants in the room that people refuse to acknowledge.
The people building the New World Order are not cackling nutjobs composing letters in secret. They have published literally everything they intend to do in books, in white papers, in feasibility studies, in manifestos, over and over and over again.
They've held sermons on it before huge audiences, which have literally been recorded and put up on YouTube for all to see. It's not a conspiracy. They advertise it.
