2) Today’s analysis is going to come in parts. Seriously, the most important thing is action. So please go check out Dan Schultz’s outstanding website. It’s pure genius. Go now. Here it is again!
3) Just a bit of quick history. Dan has been executing and leading this strategy since the early 2000s. He published it as a book at the same time the Tea Party arose in 2010. And he did it again for our midterms in 2018. It’s available free at Kindle.
4) @DanSchultz2 teaches us there are 400,000 precincts in America. While we should obviously fill them all out, a small bit of research and analysis would easily pinpoint the key precincts where most should be invested.
5) My personal bet, just a guess, is that 5%, 10,000 properly chosen, properly built out precincts saves America. Yes, @SandhillsKen of @SpecOpsSpeaks will teach us about counties. And his number is 3,000. Our mission will bop between the two levels of build out.
6) When I return, we’ll look more at @DanSchultz2 work first, and then follow just a bit of @SandhillsKen’s muster concept. Get ready to buckle up, we’ll be moving fast. And get ready for immediate action. More in a bit…
7) @DanSchultz2 starts his guidance offering us a strategy and plan that takes only:
* A couple of hours per month
* 3 or 4 hours at primary and general election, and
* guarantees increased voter turnout for
* the best conservative candidates
8) @DanSchultz2 explains that YOU are the key to transforming the Republican Party "into a conservative election-winning powerhouse." What you must do is become a voting member of the party. That's what a committeeman is, a voting member. And the numbers?
9) There are, Dan tells us, about 400,000 precincts in America. And of those, maybe about 200,000 have anyone to do the voting, at all. Half. Go the other way. 200,000 are empty. Drop a pebble, hear the echo, empty. We do nothing there. No voting.
10) So here's my question. Why isn't @DanSchultz2 the chairman of the Republican Party? Alas, it's laughable. He'd led us to win. Like actually win. And then, all us voters would expect real law.
11) There's a problem. Tomorrow, when we pick up with the question of leadership. For real strategy, we need leadership. For fantastic tactics, we need followers. We've got to get this right, and for that, we'll turn to our man Ken Benway: @SandhillsKen.
12) We'll be picking up again shortly. In the meantime, please do watch @DanSchultz2 outstanding video here!
13) When I read @DanSchultz2's work initially, there was something I missed. It's taken my recent conversations with @SandhillsKen for it to make sense, but I think I've got it now. One of the most powerful things in the world is discovering that tactical unit that counts.
14) That's what Dan has given us. There can be no more important tactical unit than a precinct. And look at the numbers, compared to the millions and millions of voters, there are only hundreds of thousands of precincts. Our civics courses should have taught us this.
15) Thing is, tactics cry out for, they demand leadership. If you look at tactics as performed by great followers, great leaders are called for. And that also means we have to have strategy, strategic thinkers, true leaders. That's where @SandhillsKen comes in.
16) If you just check out Ken's website, you'll feel it immediately. Strategy pulses throughout. Go check now!
17) At Ken's site, you'll find this video rapidly, but I want to link you to it now. I kid you not when I tell you, this video is 16 minutes that changed the way I envision the #MAGA Movement's future. Take your time, watch the entire video:
18) As far as content goes, I'll happily let Ken's video speak for itself. It's awesome. However, I need to make some points about tone and style. Ken is a retired special operator, LTC (RET). He was trained in leadership. He was tested as a mission leader.
19) Watching the video, you can feel the presence of real leadership. A video like that does not get made without it. More, it's not only the strength of the leader but the presence of the plan, an actual plan, fully documented and built on...STRATEGY.
20) Let's come back to that. Ken has created and executed a strategy he calls: Muster-To-Election. His target? Counties. 3,000 counties in America, each of which must be, very literally, mustered to election. Here's the page for it at his site:
21) Again, I'll let @SandhillsKen's content express itself. Simply note that Ken has identified the strategic target of substance, and it really is the county. Let's do simple numbers. 400,000 precincts / 3,000 counties = roughly 133 precincts per county.
22) To flesh this out a bit, I'll offer a simplification of my own. Chain of Command is one of the greatest things the military ever created. The rest of us need it VASTLY more than we know! Consider:
23) Maybe @DanSchultz2 can tell us. Me, I have no idea so I'll just guess. Let's guess 5 committeemen to each precinct. 400,000 x 5 = 2,000,000 at full force, right? Check my math for me, will you? Let's go at average county level: 133 x 5 = 665. That's a lot!
24) Now Let's roll it out at the county level using a rule of 7. Watch:
1) Command = Council of 13 (with just one in full charge and two allied co-commanders) 2) Senior Leadership = 95 Active Organizers 3) Junior Leadership = 665 Precinct Committeemen 4) Followers = Voters
25) Mind. I'm neither @SandhillsKen or @DanSchultz2. I do NOT have their experience. My terminology may be - most likely is - a bit off. But the infrastructure of our Democracy, in service of our Republic, can be found in their work, and that's what I'm calling for.
26) In future work I'll share the first such vision I had, back in 2016. I called it: Giving Veterans Their Voice, and The Veteran Consigliori. I think you're going to find it moving and inspiring when we get there.
27) For right now, though, I repeat my passionate urging, go to @DanSchultz2 site, and get his book. Go study @SandhillsKen's work, and begin to envision your own County Muster To Election.
28) I'll end with this point. Master Sun Tzu teaches us of 5 great factors in war. Please ponder these:
1) The Way 2) Heaven 3) Earth 4) Command 5) Discipline
29) It is my belief that we in America have four of the five in copious quantities. The one we're missing is #4, Command, or Leadership. It is time we address this solitary deficiency, and do so in the spirit of our founding in 1776.
30) As I study the work that @DanSchultz2 and @SandhillsKen give us, I believe I see the true infrastructure of a real solution emerging. Don't you? Let us know. And remember, if it is to be, it's up to me, by which, of course, I mean you.
Of the 15 points made, we’ll analyze points 11 – 15 below…
2) And here are all 15 points:
3) We need to pick up at #10, to understand #11. @shestokas has faced judges, defending churches against unconstitutional closures. I often say to him I just can't imagine what he's experienced. This is another. How can a judge even hear such a case in America?
Of the 15 points made, we’ll analyze points 6 – 10 below…
2) And here are all 15 points:
3) Number 6 is the hardest of all 15 for me. 400 felony prosecutions. 10,000 misdemeanors. His opponents have zero prosecutions. Those numbers are simply amazing to me. @shestokas is clearly ready to #MakeCrimeIllegalAgain. He will prosecute crime. Consider that.
2) Second, here are all 15 points our man makes in the one minute video above. Who knew you could pack that much info into just 60 seconds? Me? I have to unpack it, and that's what you see here...
3) So who is this man, @shestokas? To me, he's my Declaration of Independence and Constitution guy. His book on Jefferson's Declaration was a turning point in my life, no kidding.
The quote is famous: "Do we have a Republic or a Monarchy," Ben Franklin was asked? Ominously, he replied, "A Republic if you can keep it." Please note that he was not asked about a Democracy. Let's discuss that.
2) It's not that difficult, really. A Republic is WHAT we are. Democracy is HOW we do it. We honor the vote of the majority in our elections...for representatives who create the laws, and for executives who execute those laws. That's a Republic.
3) From just this much we can see that the founders did NOT have a crystal ball. Remember, they were against political parties and could not have imagined the two-party system we have now, and have had ever since the turn of the 18th into the 19th century.
Cheaters are boring. Their illogic is stupid and insulting. It leaves a bad taste in the mind. But someone has to call these cheaters on their fake polling, and that is my job.
2) We have to begin with the math. They called 677 Likely Republican Voters. (More on that below...) Half in Chicago, half in the rest of the state. Chicago has almost 4 million people, Illinois almost 13. But half and half, eh? Can you say slanted...a little slanted?
3) Now we're told that our man @shestokas hardly even makes the race, whereas DeVore and Kim have 20 and 18%. Hmm. How is this explained? Wait til you hear!
"There are teams that are fair-haired, and those that aren't so fair-haired. Some teams are named Smith, some Grabowski. We're Grabowskis."
~ Mike Ditka, Head Coach of the Chicago Bears, January 1986
2) We're going to dive right into politics. If you want the story - and it is a GREAT one! - behind Ditka's so-politically incorrect claim, do Czech out this article (did you see what I did there?).
3) My people - you know, the Scopellitiskis - are from the South Side of Chicago. I know the Grabowskis. They're rough, ready, hard-driving, hard-working, hard-drinking, hard-patriots. You do NOT disrespect America around them. They'll give you what for. Seriously.
