Michael Flynn promoted ‘martial law’
On Dec 1, 2020, Flynn tweeted a press release from Ohio group wanted Trump to “declare a limited form of Martial Law, and temporarily suspend the Constitution and civilian control of these elections,” putting them under military control.

Michael Flynn told Newsmax Trump "could also order, within the swing states, if he wanted to, he could take military capabilities and he could place them in those states and basically rerun an election in each of those states." Former defense secretaries quickly refuted the idea:
