The NY conceal gun carry law is based on Gov. Hochul’s assumption that permit holders are a danger to society.

NY gun carry law is based on Gov. Huchul’s “presumption” that “private property owners” do not want guns “on their premises.”

The NY new ammunition law is similar to DC. You have to show your gun card to legally buy and possess ammo.
