1. From January 21 2021, Sidney Powell Is Launching A Super PAC thepalmierireport.com/sidney-powell-… #Republicans #SidneyPowell via @jakepalmieri
2. If #45's attorney is the PAC's treasurer, I don't see how they aren't considered to be coordinating with his campaign. That may be why he hasn't announced.
3. From the article:

A Jan. 22 filing with the Federal Elections Commission shows Powell as the entity’s Custodian of Records, while former Trump campaign attorney Jesse Binnall serves as the Super PAC’s Treasurer.
4. It looks like it never operated and terminated just two months after formation. So if she is holding the money personally she may have a tax problem if she's making gifts to the defendants. But I think the bigger problem is witness tampering.

1. I wonder if any political scientists have modeled how indictments of #45 and over 140 members of Congress might impact the midterms? It would be interesting to see it in temporal relation to the midterms with the assumption DOJ won't do it after early September.
2. What if they wait until all the primaries are done and then charged? I think that would be mid-August. Would that be worse for the GQP than if they indicted now? I think it would be worse for GOP to wait. So if Garland is going to indict, he's likely going to do it soon.
3. The only Senators who are running in November who may have a problem are @MikeLeeforUtah @RonJohnsonWI and @JohnKennedyLA. Could their indictments make enough of a difference to cost the GQP the seats? Doubt it in Utah but Louisiana has Democratic Governor.

1. What about this statute? Remember, scissors beats paper and the Supremacy clause trumps state law. It's not a power reserved just a law regulating medical care The statute protects religion and abortions. The state can regulate how and if an abortion is conducted but Image
2. can't obstruct seeking an otherwise lawful abortion. I've given this a quick read and I think @CivilRights or @DOJCrimDiv could send letter to State AGs warning them that the state officers who engage in intimidation of people seeking to travel to Image
3. obtain lawful abortions may be charged and sued for damages. I'd pick a governor who's violating it and charge them. Go big or go home. @POTUS @JoeBiden @AnthonyColeyDOJ @VP @TeamPelosi @SenSchumer Image

1. I've been watching for evidence of HIMARS/M270 M31 GMLRS missile strikes in Donbas battle space. I feel confident that they are frequent and deadly. A few early were east of the active front in rear areas that appear to have been devastated. Alchevsk 25 June is one example.
2. The past several days has witness multiple fires in the area of a large Russian force in and around Izyum. This is the current 24 hour view. It's possible that it's 155mm howizter fire but I think it may be M31 or at least a combination.
3. Here is Deep State Map's view of a longer time period.

1. Witness intimidation and witness tampering may be just what Merrick Garland is looking for. This batch of 18 USC 1512 violations occurred after the end of the #45 presidency, carry long prison terms and the proof may already be in the can.
2. Plus it avoids thorny issues related to a sitting president conspiring to overthrow the same government that the Constitution says he led. Issues that a corrupted SCOTUS will surely latch on to. It's also possible that Garland will go for a large multi-count indictment
3.that simply adds these new crimes to the others and press on. But I think one thing is likely. Garland won't wait much longer to charge. At some point the DOJ is going to have to wake up to the fact that #45 is surrounded by people who will harm witnesses. And prosecutors

1. It's fairly clear that the three #45 appointees willfully deceived the Senate in what amounts to a job interview that carries no immunity because it was unrelated to any official act. Therefore, if there is civil or criminal lability they have no immunity defense.
2. The Federalists and Leonard Leo working with Koch donors likely formed a rimmed hub spoke wheeled RICO conspiracy years ago. The move to put these radicals on the Court was done knowing they would deceive the Congress as to their intentions related to Roe. So what can be done?
3. What many attorneys find out is Civil RICO has limited standing rules. The statute gives a private AG action to persons injured in their "business or property." The many women and their families who are damaged may have a real injury but from experience I think judges would
