Imagine if someone in 2016 said a vote for Brexit would leave UK politics so broken that in the space of 12 months, there'd be government misconduct over porn, rape, paedophilia, bribery, blowjobs, bullying and 126 crimes committed in Downing street, and they'd still be in power.
November 2021
(And yes, this is bribery. If you unlawfully accept money to act on behalf of someone else, while holding public office. That's bribery.)

Because Brexit was so undefined in 2016 (anything from No-Deal to Norway) it lets the Tories do whatever they like and call it the Will of the People.

Break the law 126 times?
Just say you're getting on with delivering on the people's priorities👍🏻You know...The ones you made up!
AM I WRONG?!?

Barely 10 hours after⬆️...

Sophy #Ridge: 5 of 271 Tory MPs have resigned over sexual misconduct. Is it time to close the bars in Parliament?

Therese Coffey: "What's important is that the government is getting on with delivering on the people's priorities".

Never forget that the people being sent to Rwanda for coming to the UK in boats across the channel, have done more and risked more to be here than you ever have.

All you did was tumble out of someone who happened to be on UK soil.

And if you're wondering what could possibly have made me angry enough to tweet the above.

It was getting this message from my best friend.

I felt a big 🖕🏿to the Right-wing belief that we in the West somehow earned our position of privilege, was in order.

For the record:

I was in London Mon-Wed this week. I've published 2 of the 5 Tory MP interviews so far.

I say 'interviews'... Some were less constructive than others. You can compare how each of them respond to me...

But the most important point I want to make is this:
When you watch the interviews, compare power I have with the power news channels have.

MPs NEED those channels to get their message out. Whereas I'm just a guy with a selfie stick they can simply walk away from (eventually😈).

I HAVE to be gentler with MPs' egos than they do!
e.g.
I could have really nailed Ben Bradley on the supporting criminality point, but...

I sensed he was willing to engage and clearly had pre-prepared narrative to justify supporting Johnson, so I went with him on it, in order to highlight the flaws.

I asked Tory MP Ben Bradley why he voted for the UK to be led by a law-breaker.

Apparently Boris Johnson is the North's best hope and Brexit isn't done yet.
At the start of the interview, you can see my brain trying to decide between whether to stick to Party Gate, or drill down into the response he actually gave.

I'm glad I followed his argument instead, because it exposes the fact that Boris Johnson is not helping the North.

Everything the DUP is doing now is because news presenters failed to call out the biggest lie about Brexit:

Pro-Brexit groups (DUP, ERG, CON, BXP, LEXIT) fought each other over which Brexit they voted for, for 3 yrs.

But you NEVER questioned whether the 52% was a real majority.

NEVER FORGET:

If @Keir_Starmer& @EdwardJDavey announce today that Labour & Lib Dems won't fight each other in the next election, in order to change the voting system, so ALL votes count in future elections...

The UK will never suffer under an all-powerful Tory government again.
Therefore the opposite is also true.

If Keir Starmer and Ed Davey DON'T agree to an Electoral Pact based on Electoral Reform, then all the poverty, racism, fascism and climate change failures that come from the Tories winning again... IS ON THEM !

@Keir_Starmer @EdwardJDavey
An electoral pact isn't enough!

People need to know this is the LAST time they will ever have to vote tactically.

You need to promise them democratic freedom in all future elections, and that your pact is simply a way of giving them that.

⬇️ The numbers are already there! ⬇️

Remember when George Floyd was murdered 2yrs ago... and Boris Johnson promised UK protesters he'd tackle systemic racism...and 8mths later he put out a report that he edited, denying racism existed, praising slavery and which the UN called an attempt to normalise white supremacy?
Remember this from April 2021:
