What Kagan argues, with close personal knowledge of the majority’s background reasoning & legal expertise more rigorous than theirs, is that they have abused their position & lied about the law to impose a political outcome that favors funding allies & imposes harm on innocents.
Chief Justice Roberts has lost control of a rogue gang of extremists & in cases like #WestVirginia signs himself & the Court he leads up for a legacy of corruption & abuse of power that will resonate for centuries. These egregious judicial abuses must be reversed.
