Did you know the government managed to lock us down in 48 hours without parliamentary scrutiny because of section 45R of the Public Health Act?
They used the legislation 78 times in 2 years to take our #humanrights away.
If yes. Have you signed this?

Why is it critical that vaccine manufacturers take full liability for their products?
If governments are responsible for compensation claims they have no choice but to continue the "safe & effective" message, any change to that could severely damage their finances
If liable will enter legal battles to defend compensation claims as they did with Pandemrix theguardian.com/science/2017/f…
If the liability moves to manufactures governments can admit the obvious harms & blame them for misleading them
If governments no longer have the financial burden
of claims they can finally move to rectify the situation
Once the "safe & effective" message is countered the argument for vaccine passports & mandates turns to dust
We need to ensure the government take all endeavours to pass the liability back to manufacturers

It's pretty obvious it is one of 2 things (what else has changed) Lockdowns or vaccines. Which is it?

The UK petitions process is flawed, I have raised a petition to try to tackle this:
"Reform the UK government parliamentary petitions process"
Follow me if you want to see when it goes live (around a week if they don't find a way to block this one) dailysceptic.org/2022/05/10/gov…
In the meantime please sign these, the biggest open live petition (but the government refuse to consider a debate until September)

If someone is 60% disabled by a 💉 they MAY be entitled to compensation up to £120k, if they can irrefutably prove the 💉 caused the harm.
If they are <60% disabled they get nothing. @GOVUK (we) pay, 💉 manufacturers are completely indemnified.
More than 1,200 claims have been raised, only a few have paid out.
Claims for Pandemrix took 8 years to pay out & some people were battling many years later.
Vaccine manufactures generated super normal profits from Covid vaccines, they must be made to compensate their victims.
Is it right that compensation for a disability is only £120k when lifetime care costs could be much higher?
Is it right that people who are 59% disabled get nothing?
Is £120k enough if a parent of dependant children does?
People must be given the right to claim fair amounts of

If a company's product kills or injures someone, should they be held liable? Should the victims & their families be given fair compensation?
If "yes" why doesn't this apply to vaccines?

There is an argument that pharmaceutical companies would not invest in research if they were liable, but then companies produce aeroplanes, cars with self driving technology & other cutting edge high-risk technology but don't get indemnified. This doesn't stop these technologies.
