In a recent work engagement, I came across interesting "procedural" info about corporate filings outside of Delaware and brought it to a law partner's attention.

Partner responded that at their age (late middle) they were "not really interested in learning anything else".
Definitely not my tribe.

Look at this guy. I never got a whiff from the testimony the other day of whether he had any qualms about Trump's dastardly acts, only what everyone might get NABBED for if Trump marched on the Capitol.
Legal training (specifically law school) and corporate law life is a risk factor for "cramping" the development of a human being. Take a bright individual who defaults to a socially-acceptable path,spends his 20's grinding at school and as an associate.
