Since the fake electors are getting so much attention from both the January 6th Committee, the Department of Justice, and State Attorneys General, now would be a good time to repeat - and remember - their names.

As more radical GOPers secure their nominations in toss-up races, I'll update this thread with:
Who they are
Which office they are running for
Why they are dangerous
Which Democrat is opposing them
How to help
We can defeat them all.
REPUBLICAN: Doug Mastriano
RACE: Pennsylvania Governor
FACTS: Attended the 1/6 insurrection; QAnon; could appoint a Secretary of State who steals PA's 20 ECVs; wants a total ban on abortion with no exceptions for rape or incest.
FACTS: 'Big Lie' believer; QAnon; homophobe; believes the 1/6 insurrection was staged by ‘leftists’; says that Beyonce, Billie Eilish and yoga are ‘satanic.’
Here is a list of Americans who I suspect are being paid, blackmailed or otherwise compromised by Vladimir Putin:
Donald Trump
Glenn Greenwald
Tucker Carlson
Tulsi Gabbard
Candace Owens
Steve Bannon
Josh Hawley
Anyone else?
Reminded by @Lee_in_Iowa about the "Moscow Independence Day Eight". Not sure what their comments have been about Ukraine, but that trip was always suspicious.
We’ll be tempted to give to Dems running against the most repulsive GOPers in Congress.
But most of those races are unwinnable and we’d be throwing our $$$ away.
Focus on defending *vulnerable* Dems and flipping *winnable* seats.
I admire those who take up the fight against Republicans against the longest of odds.
It’s important for people to get in the ring and offer an alternative.
But we also have to be realistic and spend our money wisely.
Amy McGrath raised *$90M* in 2020,
But she went on to lose by 20 points, and polls never had her close.
So many donors saw the name ‘Mitch McConnell’ and reflexively gave to her campaign when they could’ve donated that money to other races where it might’ve made a difference.
