3. Vaccines. It’s a complex issue. Everyone can benefit from a 3rd and 4th dose. Anyone 60+ should get their 4th dose. It won’t prevent transmission, but might keep you out of the hospital or dying. Even some under 60 may be vulnerable. After 6 months, vaccine efficacy wanes.
4. Paxlovid. Some people who are immunocompromised, as well as older individuals, even if vaccinated, should go to the pharmacy to ask for paxlovid, especially is symptomatic.
