2/ How did that work out? Bhattacharya's evidence was junk, he misrepresented a study

3/ LawOrFiction raised nearly £50k for the case, they said if they went to full trial they would want 6 figures

The aim was to prevent enforced mask wearing, estimated 10k initial cost, surplus to go on other antimask work

So 38k leftover then? Nice

4/ As they point out they didn't expect to win, but the publicity was welcome (thanks to their media friends)

Couldn't win because the Judge pointed out any parent could exempt their child without giving a reason

5/ They struggle to get their heads round why someone who isn't wearing a mask can't make a legal challenge against being made to wear a mask

Aim isn't individual freedoms it was to stop all mask wearing

"Even if we lose" there will be ways of "spinning it"

6/ Which is what they do, UsForThem were claiming it was important case which confirmed the right to not wear a mask

"Court acknowledged detailed harms" well they listened to the evidence then discounted it as not relevant

3/ At exactly the same time there was a UK challenge against masks brought against an individual school, however the case was dismissed as the Judge pointed out the child wasn't being forced to wear a mask and could choose not to

Note they are their own evidence base

7/ Besides HART member Zenobia, the other expert was Simone Plaut, who turns out to be working with other groups including Lawyers4 Liberty

So they created the evidence they relied on, peer reviewed?🤣

8/ But it gets better from the deceitful shits

9/ So knowing any child can be exempted without reason they want to use kids to fake examples of mandates so they can waste court time (which will require more donations I guess) to win "exemptions" the children already have

10/ And this is so they can run stories about school leaders harming children in hope of removing the choice of wearing a mask from every child and parent
