Counsel appearing for the State of Punjab asks the bench to direct the petitioners to serve a copy to them.
The bench has listed the matter on Monday.
Senior Advocate Abhishek Manu Singhvi appearing for Punjab informed the bench that there are 57 FIRs against Bishnoi. He is Mansa, escorted by hundreds of police officers.
In another plea where an CBI probe is sought the bench said that the Punjab Government is taking care. The bench further said that every matter should not be given political color.
The counsel had informed the bench that we are not pressing a probe by the Central agency.
