Here's how to get financial aid for the course🧵

1. Click on the click here

The link will take you straight to Coursera where you'll apply for the financial aid.

Once you click on the link, here's what you'll see. Click on financial aid and start your application.

NOTE: There are 8 courses under this course and you have to apply for financial aid for the 8 courses separately.

2. Fill the form. You should tell them why you can’t afford to pay for the course. You could tell them you're a student, unemployed, you earn less than $1000/year, you can't pay less than $1 or $2 for the course.

3. You'll be required to write 2 essays, each essay should not be less than 150 words. The first essay will be "Why you're applying for financial aid", the second essay will be on "How the course will help you achieve your career goal.

4. Tell them about your passion for data analytics, tell them how the course will help you secure your dream job and how relevant the course certificate is. You could also tell them you wish to transition into tech and all.

5. Once you're done with the two articles, you'll be asked if you will consider a low interest loan to pay for the course, click on NO. Your reason should be that you do not have any means of repaying the loan. Once you're done, click on submit.

6. Once you're done with your application, you'll have to wait for 15 days before the application can be approved. Once it is approved, enjoy.
