We have a very long way to go before widespread adoption of ancestrally appropriate diet and lifestyle reduces demand for healthcare...
For the foreseeable future, the health of the majority will continue decline with continued consumption of ultra processed foods, protein deficient plant-based diets, and repeated doses of outdated mRNA tech for a circulating cold virus.
There is an ageing population and a boomer generation who have spent the past 2 decades consuming seed oils as their primary fat source, addicted to sugar and carbs and dosed on statins.
Mainstream nutrition 'healthy eating' guidelines and mainstream medical prescription-pad approach to 'managing' chronic disease is not changing any time soon.

Pressure from #MPAC and anti meat agenda has strong momentum
The hope is for disparate and organic growth in healthy diet and lifestyle movement, coalescing around grassroots health figures who generate community...who actually help people heal instead of facilitate their worsening metabolic and general health
This will take time to build momentum and eventually put pressure on the medical profession/nutrition establishment to change their practice
I have written a piece on this topic called 'The Grassroots Revolution in Health' which will be published in the first issue of @HealthRenMag by @CultivatingChi Look out for it.
In the meantime, expect demand for primary care family medicine and Emergency rooms to continue to increase...
As is the case with human nature, people don't change unless forced.

Socialized healthcare in UK, Canada, Australia will only meaningfully look to lifestyle when their systems are on the verge of literal collapse.

The xeno-estrogen bisphenol-A (BPA) is lipophilic and so sequesters into fat tissue in your body. This is relevant when considering how to rid yourself of it...THREAD

BPA is usually excreted when we sweat, as well as through urine. That's why regular exercise and sauna is so beneficial.

However BPA (and other persistent organic pollutant compounds) sequester in adipose tissue.

Releasing stored/sequestered BPA through sweating and other means should be prioritized.

The meat, organs, fruit and honey dietary prescription by @CarnivoreMD is appropriate advice for Homo sapiens living its evolutionary niche - highly active, sun-exposed and living in an equatorial latitude.

Problem is that doesn't describe most people (brief thread)
Most people are sedentary, rarely exercise, with constant exposure to artificial light environment and carrying pre-existing metabolic dysfunction.

In my opinion, they aren't environmentally suited to handling large amounts of daily carbs, regardless of the source.
Most people will benefit enormously from dietary carbohydrate restriction including excess consumption of fruit/honey until their metabolic disease is reversed.
